Privacy Policy

We will not collect any personal information from you other than what is absolutely necessary. No information will be passed to third parties other than what is needed when you have placed an order to arrange your delivery. If you decide to join our news letter your email address will not be used for any purpose other than to send you upto date crafting information or when we have posted any new products to our site. You can unsubscribe at any time by simply sending us an email. Your email address will then be deleted from our server immediately.

Payment Security and Paypal

Payment via paypal is one of the most secure methods of payment on the net today. During your shop with us, if you add an item to your shopping cart a cookie will be produced for you from Paypal. This cookie is not used to gather any personal information from you. It is required so that your shopping experience is made flawless. Without the cookie only one item can be stored to your shopping cart at any one time. Therefore it is necessary to have cookies enabled for use with Paypal. The cookie is saved for a time to enable you to come back to our site and continue with your shop without having to put all your items back into your cart. It will eventually automatically extinguish. The cookie is also destroyed once you have made your purchase. See Paypal for further information.

Other Payment Methods

You can pay by cheque. Please call us if this is your preferred method so that we can confirm the procedure. Your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. DO NOT SEND ANY CREDIT CARD DETAILS THROUGH THE POST OR EMAIL. CASH PAYMENTS ARE ALSO NOT INSURED FOR LOSS.  

Posting and Packaging

We currently deliver only to mainland UK at a flat rate of £2.95 no matter what size or weight of your order. Our aim is to dispatch one working day of cleared payment. We cannot however be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery time table and so therefore ask you only contact us within 10 days if for any reason your order has not arrived. If the parcel is too large to fit through your letter box and has been sent on a 'signed for basis' then the parcel will not be left at a neighbours or anywhere else. The post office will leave a card to inform you of the attempted delivery. Contact details will be included so that you can arrange for a redelivery or pick up yourself from Royal Mail Offices.

You can arrange a seperate delivery address from your payment address when checking out.

 

Other Delivery Methods

We do not as a rule offer any other form of delivery method. If for any reason however guaranteed delivery is necessary. Please contact us to discuss possible alternative arrangements.

Items not in stock

In the unlikely event, you have placed an order but the item you have requested is not currently in stock. We will email you immediately to let you know. If you wish, we can then hold your order for you until stock has arrived, discuss and offer alternative products or cancel your order. 

RETURNS

We do accept returns providing the item is undamaged and in the same condition as it arrived. If in doubt about placing your order or your position regards returing your goods. You can call us at any time to confirm the process. If your product has arrived and you would like to return it. Again you would need to call us to confirm return instructions.

Guarantees

Our products come with the usual guarantees for normal wear and tear. Providing they have been used for the purpose for which they were intended. If you are in doubt then please call us for advice.
